Our Client Portal is now open for all our clients!

Client Portal's main purpose is to make communication between our clients and the agency faster and easier. Clients can use it to fill in forms and send documents, which will be redirected straightly to the work programmes of the agency. The user manual can be found on the front page of the portal, but every fill-in-form provides also separate instructions about the specific form and its content. The portal also provides thorough instructions about registering and creating your account (see "How to register" or "User manual").

The portal includes applications, notices and reports on clinical trials, advertising medicinal products, some information on marketing authorisations and import and export of medicinal products and other goods requiring special authorisation. The exact list of forms available in English can be found on our website. If you compare English and Estonian version of the portal, you will see that some forms are available only in Estonian. These are forms that are typically used by Estonian local enterprises and therefore not needed for foreign users.

Unfortunately, applications for marketing authorisations are still unavailable. We are working on it and hoping to present them next year.

Today, that we publish the portal on our website, it already has 25 active users who have sent us over 120 documents during the 2-month trial period. We are very grateful for their effort and feedback, which helps us continuously develop the portal and its services.

We hope that Client Portal will become a useful tool for our clients as well as for the agency itself.
