The State Agency of Medicines values the clarity and transparency of its activities, as well as the prompt dissemination of necessary information to stakeholders. Information sharing is based on facts, objective data, and the principle of proactivity. Important information is provided in writing. Information obtained or created in the course of fulfilling public duties is disclosed in accordance with the Public Information Act on the agency’s website or made accessible through an information request.

All documents without access restrictions are published in the public document register of the State Agency of Medicines. For documents marked with access restrictions, only the registration data is publicly available. A request for information can be submitted to the State Agency of Medicines to review these documents to the extent that the access restriction does not apply.

Information on access restrictions and their legal grounds can be found in the document classification scheme of the State Agency of Medicines and in the registration details of the document register.

Documents containing personal data are subject to access restrictions. Therefore, they are not published in the document register unless required by law.

Since January 1, 2016, the public view of the State Agency of Medicines’ document register provides access to documents created or received in the course of the agency’s activities, including incoming and outgoing correspondence, decisions, precepts, orders, and contracts. Documents dated before January 1, 2016, can be requested from the State Agency of Medicines through an information request.
