The pharmacy can submit an application for entry of the right of distance selling of medicinal products in the activity licence.

Online pharmacy common logo
When purchasing medications from an online pharmacy, the consumer must make sure that it is a legal pharmacy. Therefore, as of July 2015, all online pharmacies active in the European Union shall use a common logo. As of January 28th 2022 the logo requirement will also be added to online pharmacies selling veterinary medicines. Clicking on the logo should open the website of the competent authority of the respective EU member state, providing confirmation that the sales point of medicinal products is operating legally and is approved by the member state.
Estonian online pharmacies shall use two following logos.
