Yearbook of the State Agency of Medicines 2023

31.07.2024 | 13:08

The yearbook 2023 of the State Agency of Medicines provides an overview of the Agency’s activities to protect and promote public and animal health in Estonia.

“Each year we find ourselves in some new situation, facing new challenges. We add to the excitement by providing scientific assessments, participating in international projects and contributing to the development of our field. Only by challenging ourselves can we learn our true strengths and capabilities, and fully participate in life,“ said Katrin Kiisk, the Director General of the State Agency of Medicines.

While 2022 was largely a year of introspection for the Agency, focusing on internal and national contingency planning, 2023 will be remembered as the year of international cooperation

In addition to the usual summaries, the report also highlights the work and outcomes of the laboratory, clinical trials, IT developments, as well as cooperation on the national and international level.
